Ratings & reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Niced sized fridge and quiet. Only thing that I don't like is that when you open the left hand fridge door and close it, the right hand door opens a bit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from French Door Bottom Freezer Refridgerator Previously owned a roomy Kenmore three-door 18 cu. ft. refridgerator which was problem free for twenty-three years of service and still working very well. Recently, we purchased this 22 cu. ft. french door model which is three cu. ft. larger and has considerable less amount of space in both freezer and fridge compartments. I am somewhat disappointed with the size of the two produce crispers and specifically the capacity of the freezer unit. The icemaker tray takes up a considerable amount of space, therefore, less room for meat etc. On the plus side, perhaps on the long haul, it might be advantagious as the meat will not remain long enough to get freezer burnt. There are many other features that are a plus, such as the bin liners on the doors and dairy tray below the crispers. Like every new appliance comes it's challenges, it will take time to tweak out the placement of food within the units but overall, I would recommend this refridgerator but caution them about the freezer space. That will be the real challenge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good fridge I've only had the fridge for 3 months, so early days, but liking it so far ... Good: Water dispenser is not on the door which I think looks nicer than dispenser being on door. Lots of room for food for the size (part of the reason is because there is no water/ise dispenser on the door). You can open either french door without having to open the other. Has a setting that you can turn on to tell you if the fridge doors are left open. Love the large cheese drawer. Lots of room in the freezer. Bad: (1) Doors won't automatically close - you need to push them closed (2) Getting the water out of the inside of the fridge is kinda a pain and awkward. You pretty much need to use both hands, but there isn't a lot of room to use both hands. Fine for my family but not ideal if you were larger than we are. (3) Having to go to the freezer for the ice is a bit of a pain, but we didn't previously have an ice-maker, so we are just happy to have an ice maker. (4) Doesn't have an alarm to tell you when the freezer is left open (or at least I haven't found it).
