Hello,

There is only one fry pan included in this set, a 3.5Qt sautÃ© pan with lid. There are 3 saucepans included in this set a 1Qt sauce pan (14cm) with lid. 2.5Qt sauce pan (18cm) with lid. 3.4Qt sauce pan (20cm) with lid. There is no non-stick coating on any cookware piece in this set. For a prolonged cooking, we recommend to always use gloves or oven mitts as the handles and knobs may become hot as they are made from stainless steel.
