Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stove Rattles like an old Car In the convection mode the stove rattles awefully, I would never suggest buying this item. I am unable to say why it is not fixed due to SEAR's rules, needless to say not fixed and it won't be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Kenmore Elite wall oven I had a Kenmore Elite wall oven installed in Jan of this yr. Love the look and cooking ability of this appliance. BUT the oven racks don't fit properly. The oven measures different width wise from the top position on down to the bottom. So the rack in the middle and lower positions wants to fall down when something heavy is put on it. I contacted Sears after noticing this problem and explained it, they sent out a new oven rack. Exactly the same as the other ones. So no help there. This could be an accident waiting to happen with a roasting turkey for example. First time in my life I have bought top of the line, wouldn't do it again. Not worth the price.
