Cheaply Made..

I bought these to go with my baby change table/dresser combo also from sears (which is amazing!)... When I got them they looked nice from a distance, but upon looking closely at them they are not painted very well (I bought the white ones). As well, when I put them on anything, paint is slowly wiping off, which is wrong. The baskets do come with a few different ribbons to chose from, so that is nice. To buy them again, I would not. I live up north and these were the only baskets I could buy that were available to me. Therefore I will keep them.

Pros:Â stylish from a distance

Cons:Â Not durable

The best of what's around is not the best

I don't know about other locations, but from where I am living, there was not much choice in baskets for the diaper change table.

When these came, the changeable ribbons were different colours for each basket â even the blue ribbons were slightly different shades. One basket had a beige ribbon, but the other had a green. The cloth covering is not sewed well and has frays and one hole.

They are a convenient size however, and the basket itself will hold up well for light duty items like cloths and diapers. The cloth covering can be removed and washed, but you will need to use it, because the basket is made up of pieces that stick out and will catch on the contents, possibly breaking off.

Cons:Â Not durable

Is it just me ... Shouldn't the honey coloured basket be the lighter colour and the espresso the darker? I'm uneasy purchasing due to this (possible) mistake.
