Colour Swatches Available for Jolie Bridesmaid Dresses?

Could colour swatches be requested/ordered?

I wish my bridesmaids to order the Jolie (TM/MC) Halter dress, but want to make sure the colour matches the rest of my wedding theme, and I cannot tell the difference between the "red" and "apple red" for the various Jolie dresses, and how vibrant the red will actually be in person.

Please let me know if the Jolie Halter dress will be available in Cobalt Blue in additional sizes; currently it is only available in 6,12,16. Can I make a special order for the dresses that I require? Does the manufacturer take special requests?
