Elastic tight.

Love it, was beautiful. My daughter is tall & slim, but the elastic was too tight & uncomfortable for her. Getting a larger size means the halter will be too big. Probably better if there was a ribbon that you tie in the back. I had to return it.

Cons:Â material & elastic has no give
