Hello,
Please see the answers to your questions regarding the iComfort® One Person Carbon-heated Infrared Sauna below.
1. How long does it take for the sauna to warm up ?
Turn your sauna on and set the controller at your desired temperature. It should take about 15-30 minutes to reach that temperature depending on the ambient room temperature. To help regulate the ideal temperature inside the sauna you can use the roof ventilation trap. This will evacuate heat faster.
2. How long should you stay in to receive the most benefit ?
This really depends on your physical fitness level, age, weight and medical condition. On average between 15 to 45 minutes is considered good.
3. Is the door air tight ?
No, the door is not air tight.
Thanks for shopping Sears.
