30" upright much too heavy once full

I would not recommend this size suitcase. Once it's full, it's much too heavy to lift unto parking shuttles, etc....
I much prefer the 26" inch one that we also have...much more manageable for a woman.....

Pros:Â Stylish, Easy to roll

Cons:Â too heavy once full

Pretty but not Durable

I fell in love with this design, and liked the idea of a 'green' product. Unfortunately it returned from it's first flight with a large hole in the side. The repair store said they see Heys most often for repairs and that the quality just isn't there. Keep shopping!
