why is it on sale on the website but when i went into the store , these 2 pieces were full price, so i left the store without buying , but when i came home i see them ( 30 inch spinner, and a small purse size carryon ) on Sale

can i get them on sale prices at the store ?

Why can't this item be shipped to the US? I have all of the Heys blue morpho luggage set except the cosmetic case. I have searched all over the internet but am unable to find this item anywhere but Sears Canada. I am willing to pay the entire cost for shipping and handling. Please find me a solution.
