Heritage® Infusio Cast Aluminum Non-stick Frypan

At a glance

Heritage's Infusio provides consistent heat distribution to help you sear and deglaze like a real chef. The XDB® non-stick coating - the fusion of metal and coating - acts as primer and prepares the metal to receive the 3 layers of non-stick coating. Extremely durable, it is reinforced with an unsually high percentage of materials that are virtually as hard as diamonds. Infusio Collection provides a marriage between tradition and technology: taste like it was cooked in cast iron, cleans up like it was cooked in non-stick cookware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing pan! These frying pans are amazing! I bought mine 5 years ago and it still works great! Every other pan I have is very high quality (royal doulton & all-clad) and cost about 4x what these cost however they are very comparable!! Would highly recommend them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent fying pans I bought the large pan about a year ago, and the smaller one was on the top of my Christmas wishlist this year... and I got it :) I love the quality and durability of these pans, they heat evenly and won't warp and rattle around on the element. But most of all I love how easy they are to wash up! Excellent pans, I would be willing to give other Heritage products a try. Well worth the price - especially if you can get them on sale!

sticking

Hi I have several of the heritage pans and I love them the only problem is that one of them, a 24cm pan sticks like crazy any idea what I should do. I had cooked some bacon in it I had to scrape the bottom and then my eggs stuck real bad. Like I said I have several of them and that is the only one that gives me this problem. I don't have a receip because my mother had bought these for me a few years back and I never use metal in them. Thank you for you help

I believe the answer to this is heat the pan slowly. I never put my burner past 4 out of 10. It takes a while but then it cooks lovely.
