Superb cookware

This is the first time I have ever selected cookware without having seen and handled it first. When it was delivered I was holding my breath, almost expecting to have to return it. The cookware looks fantastic on initial inspection and each piece of the set feels good in the hand. The finish is very attractive and the glass lids allow you to check on the food without having to constantly lift the lid sneak a peek. This cookware set balances form and function beautifully!
I would recommend that you observe the manufacturer's instructions to use a lower heat setting than you would normally use. I had a malfunctioning burner on my stove and one of the pots has become slightly discoloured. This is not a flaw with the cookware and I have seen no change in how well the discoloured pot performs. To keep your cookware looking good as long as possible you just have to clean it with care - do NOT use a citrus based dishwashing liquid - and avoid using high heat. The pots perform well on medium heat, so that is hardly an inconvenience. I highly recommend this cookware set. It is quite possibly the wisest choice I have ever made regarding cookware.
