sturdy, well-constructed bed frame

This frame was more expensive than ones I have purchased in the past, but was well worth the bigger price tag. We have a very heavy latex foam mattress/box-spring and I am able to easily move it out from the wall for cleaning.

Reasonably good product for the price. Easy to assemble (I did it myself and was straightforward). Frame is sturdy and comes with 2 center supports to avoid mattress sag. Our mattress felt much better to sleep on after installing this frame due to the center supports. Double wheeled casters appear sturdy and are braced. However because there are 6 casters the bed tends to roll around on our hardwood floor.

Pros:Â Well constructed, Comfortable

Cons:Â extra wheels make it roll around

Easy to assemble, heavy, center support

Bought this for our new bed, pretty heavy duty with no plastic. Easy to assemble and several different styles of assembly for almost any bed. Within 30 minutes and with the help of a wrench, this was put together.

Found the bed frame really more stable than the other bed frames. The casters that came were double, not single. Found double casters better cause it better support the bed. Have enjoyed the item since I purchased it.

will twin expand to double

Will the twin frame expand to fit a double?

The sizes available for order (twin or queen) do not match up with the sizes described in the description. Usually bed frames accomodate two mattress sizes, but need confirmation Sears lists their bed frames as twin for twin/double and queen for queen/king.

Do not want one of the other frames with plastic casters nor plastic rollers. Unable to visit the local retail store.

For each size, below you will find the correct item numbers.

Twin 013058522
Double/Queen 013058523
Queen/King 013058524

This means that if you need a twin size you should order the twin frame. If you need a double, up to a queen (if you own a double now but may buy a queen set in the future) you should by the double/queen. If you have a king size, or plan to get a king bed in the future, you should buy the queen/king frame.

I am wondering why there are no assembly instructions in the box with this frame? Can anyone advise if assembly instructions even exist? The basic frame was simple to install intuitively, but I had no idea what the "leg braces" even were before looking at this section of the website.
Also, how would one attach a footboard? The headboard is easy, of course.

The instructions are printed on the side of the cardboard carton containing the frame. The illustration clearly shows how to attach the leg braces. A footboard cannot be attached to this frame as it is designed for a headboard only.

This bed frame is single-ended and has only a headboard attachment, you cannot attach a footboard to this frame. If you require a bedframe to attach a headboard and footboard to, you would need to purchase one that states that it has brackets for a headboard and footboard or states that it is double-ended.

no it does. It have only a big flange at headboard. If you want a double ended brakets you can take the model 58525. It's a twin/full frame, double ended with 1 center support, 6 legs.

Hello,

The Heavy-duty Frame has a 5 year warranty. Please see the photograph attached below to see how the leg brace is assembled to a leg. The key is to insert the wheel through the leg brace before inserting it in the frame.
