No, the Hamilton BeachÂ® Simplicity 20-cup Rice Cooker does not have a specific congee function, however it has a boil function that can be used for prepackaged rice mixes, soups, stews, beans, oats, hot cereals, grits, or any other food that requires a boil and simmer. This function will boil the contents; then reduce heat to simmer for the selected period of time.
