This makes really good popcorn but the arm that turns to move the kernels has come undone a few times. The jury is still out on whether I am keeping it or not.

Works great. Heats up fast, easy enough to clean after use. I like the on/off button is a nice touch too. Got it on Sale. Very Satisfied.
