So is this electric?

this particular model is an electric one, right? Pre-cooled mixture to be put in, churned and then the ice cream maker will harden it into ice cream? Can it make sorbets also?
Asked by: YKalra
Thank you for your question. This unit is electric. When making ice cream place freezer bowl in freezer. Prepare mixture and chill in refrigerator. Place freezer bowl in base immediately after it is removed from freezer. Turn unit on, when churning is finished, press switch to off. It may take from 20 to 40 minutes for mixture to freeze. This unit is great for making sorbet as well.

electric or manual

I was just wondering if this was an electric or manual mix product. I have an old, old ice cream maker that you freeze the inner pot, add your ingredients, and then you have to crank by hand to mix. I'm looking to upgrade to an auto mix one.

Thank you for your question. Always freeze freezer bowl in freezer and chill prepared mixture in refrigerator before churning. Plug unit into outlet and turn on. When churning is finished, press switch to off. It may take from 20 to 40 minutes for mixture to freeze.
