WE DID A GREAT DEAL OF RESEARCH AND TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND KEPT COMING BACK TO THE SEARS BANCROFT STORE, CRYSTAL AND TAMMY BOTH SPENT TIME WITH US AND WE REALLY ENJOYED THEIR APPROACH AND WILLINGNESS TO SIMPLY LET US LOOK AND ASK QUESTIONS. THEN IT CAME DOWN TO THE QUALITY. WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE INNER WORKINGS SO WE SIMPLY HAD TO GO BY WHAT WE COULD SEE AND FEEL, AT ANOTHER STORE I PULLED OUT THE EMPTY FULL SIZED MEAT DRAWER AND IT WOULD NOT PUSH BACK IN. THE SEARS MODEL WAS SUPERIOR IN ALL ASPECTS AND THE PRICE WAS COMPATIBLE. WE PURCHASED THE kENMORE FRENCH DOOR BOTTOM FREEZER MODEL #596.79322010 AND HAVE NO HESITATION TO RECOMMEND IT.
THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS PAINLESS, FROM HAVING A LOANER TO THE DELIVERY AND SET UP OF THE NEW FRIDGE, ALL WAS TOP NOTCH.
