Futon Mattress

I had a frame that needed a new futon so I purchased this one. It is the perfect fit for the frame and will be used in the rumpus room for a sofa and extra sleeping area. I liked the choice of colors it came. It will serve the purpose well.

the futon mattress was not as described. In the catalogue it said it was 8 inches think, (foam slab layered with batting and felt). It was lucky to be 4 inches thick and filled with stuffing, no foam. I sent it back same day as I picked it up. I have not been favourable in my comments to others that know I ordered it from Sears.

Not enough padding. Hard seat effect. Can feel the support bars from underneath. Waste of money. My prior foams were 8 layers and I believe this is the minimum that is required for the same comfort.

This is a cover to be used with a futon mattress measuring 52"w X 75"l. It can be removed to be dry cleaned.
