Steer Clear - faulty product!!!

This product is a dud! Says it's compatible with Windows 98/SE/2000/ME/XP/Vista...and it certainly isn't. I'm on my second copy of the installation disk as the company owner while attempting to walk me through the installation over the phone said the pop up messages are clear that there's a problem with the disk. He mailed me a second disk within a few days. I thought AWSOME...great customer service...only to be in the same situation. The pop up screen says this product is only compatible with Windows 98...ugh guess what I don't have Windows 98. It was a Christmas Gift...so I'll go to sears and see if they'll honor a return or not...but it's an extremely faulty product! steer clear!

The internet description says it holds up to 60 photos & the info on the box says it would hold 25. In reality it holds 26 photos.

Follow the instructions given & its a snap to use. This small frame will be perfect for a desk or near your computer since it needs to be recharged occasionally. You charge it through the computer with the supplied USB cord.

For such a small display, I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the photos were.

Hello,

The Fidelity Desktop Digital Picture Frame does not have a SD card slot. The internal memory holds the 25 images.
