Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good. I love the programmable courses - it makes working out at different levels much easier than the manual dial. If I was having a lazy day on my old bike, I would just set the tension low and kind of cheat on my workout; this is way better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEED TO BE A MECHANIC FOR THIS ONE EASY TO SET UP, BUT AFTER THAT NOT SO GOOD. FIRST OF ALL, SPEED, DISTANCE AND CALORIES DIDN'T WORK, CALLED THE PEOPLE THAT LOOK AFTER EVERLAST. THEY SENT OUT A NEW MONITOR. HAD TO PUT THAT ON. STILL NO SPEED, DISTANCE OR CALORIES, AND THIS TIME THE PULSE DIDN'T WORK.. CALLED AGAIN. THEY SENT OUT A SENSOR WHICH APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BIKE APART TO PUT IN. THE OLD SENSOR WAS SO FAR OUT OF ADJUSTMENT IT WASN'T FUNNY. ADJUSTED SENSOR, PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER, PUT THE ORIGINAL MONITOR ON IT. EVERYTHING WORKS. SPENT THREE HOURS MAKING THIS THING RIGHT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the price I got this indoor bike a year ago. I use it about three or four times a week in winter instead of walking in the rain. The seat felt a little uncomfortable the first time, but not after that (I probably hadn't been riding recently). The ten programs offer good variety, but I like to change the tension as I go. It has always operated smoothly (not as perfect as an expensive rec centre bike, of course). The four AA batteries don't wear out quickly. The upright position is fine for hands-free, easy pedalling and handlebars allow leaning over for harder work. After a year, I've had to tighten the seat post's screw, but it's easy to do with big plastic knob. I got this bike on sale, and I can say it's been a great purchase. (Note: some black residue turned up underneath but it vacuumed up without staining carpet.)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awkward Positioning I love to bike outdoors and have for years until I had my first baby this year. I bought this bike so I could workout indoors doing something I loved while home with an infant. However, riding this bike is very awkward and not at all comfortable. You sit very upright on this bike. I am only 5'4" and with the seat as far back from the handlebars as I can get it I am still sitting almost completely vertical. It's an awkward posture to ride a bike in-not at all like riding an actual bicycle. Also, it's a bit wide so your legs kind of feel like you're squatting when you ride it, and finally, the turning handles and screws to adjust things like the seat, handlebars, etc. are of pretty cheap construction. Overall, not comfortable and not worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent purchase This exercise bike was extremely easy to assemble with the tools provided. It is a sturdy, stable and quiet machine to use, even with a 215 lb rider. The preset programs run well, with lots of tension variety. All in all, a very good bike for this price range.
