Good for a cardio workout

Bought this to do my cardio workout at home. Easy to put together and base is sturdy when filled. I filled mine with
sand and water.
The top is filled with air so very easy to hit
and rebounds quickly which gives a great workout.

Low quality for the price, and hard to assemble

For the price, I was hoping for something that was sturdier than this. The bag is only filled with air, so its not possible to hit it hard or it goes all over the place. You'll need a lot of space to make sure that it doesn't knock into other things when it moves. Getting the air bag onto the central pole is extremely difficult, as the bag can't be too empty or too full when this is done. Once attached, you have to inflate the bag with air completely or you'll hurt your hand on the central pole.

I'd recommend this maybe for young kids who won't be hitting too hard, but not for anyone looking for a 'real' punch bag.

Cons:Â Poor quality, unstable

Not a sturdy as I hoped. There is a metal bar inside and you have to be careful hitting the bag with bare hands as you can feel the bar and its hard!

I filled mine completely with water and it was VERY heavy once this was done. Almost too heavy to lift.
