When you place an order with Sears, you are given an estimated promise date. This is when we expect to have the merchandise on hand to be able to ship an item out to a customer. Most items are available and are shipped within a few days of the order having been placed. Occasionally we must await shipments from our manufacturers to replenish our stock and this can lead to a slight delay in getting an order processed. Once we have the item in stock, we can then process the orders. We try our utmost to ensure that all orders are shipped as soon as possible.

We endeavour to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colours will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order.
