If I were to put two good coats of apoxy on my cement floor, then 3 good coats of apoxy on top of this mural:
1.Would the picture fade in time?
2.Would the apoxy take to the plastic?

Please see below for the answers provided by our supplier:
1. The epoxy will reduce the fading and the more coats the better, however, the amount of fading will depend on how much exposure to direct sunlight or UV in the lights indoors.
2. The epoxy, if water-based, will adhere to the paper panels. If the epoxy chemical composition contains solvent or petroleum, you would want to apply a water-based polyurethane coating first, let it dry and then apply the epoxy so the ink doesn't come off the mural.
