Q:Â
I do not have a switch, nor do I see one. I cannot figure out how to get the SmartPower outlets to work without plugging a device into the "master"outlet. Instructions refer to a switch, the only switch I see is the circuit breaker, so how does one get these outlets active?

The switch tricked me on this one too. You press the middle which doesn't look like a button but it is. Where it says Monster green power.

Hello,
Our supplier has indicated that the instructions have a misprint. This model does not have a switch. The "switch" refers to other models.
The way it works is that one device must be plugged into the master outlet and turned on. When this is done, the SmartPower outlets will function properly.
We apologize for the error.
Thanks for shopping Sears.
