4 The Dyson Hotâ¢ fan heater projects heat further, heating the whole room faster than any other. It has precise temperature control, and there are no fast-spinning blades or visible heating elements, so it is easy to clean. There is also an automatic cut out that switches off the heating plates if the unit is tipped over.

Expensive but worth it.

This space heater is expensive to be sure. It is extremely easy to setup and use. I love that it has a remote to adjust the temperature etc. To the best part, it warms up a pretty large room very quickly even at a fairly low temperature setting (21 C).
Other than the price, this device has no downside. It exceeded my expectations.

Hello Finbar,

The AM04 is energy efficient. Most other fan heaters use more energy to heat a whole room as they take too long. They also do not monitor the temperature of the room so they may stay on longer than needed. The Dyson Hotâ¢ fan heater turns itself off as soon as the room reaches the set temperature â saving energy and maintaining the temperature you want accurately. The AM04 doesnât offer Energy Star Rating because energy star does not currently rate portable fan heaters. The AM04 runs on 1500W.
