middle rail did not line up , no holes in top rail to attach bolt husand is a carpenter and knows how to put things together, would have returned however had destroyed the packaging

The bed frame does not have central support. It does not support the mattress. I probably would take it back for a refund which will deduct the restocking fee.

Poor Construction

I have purchased this type of bed frame for all the beds in my house (2 doubles, and 1 queen), and after a period of 3 years, the wheel casters began to deteriorate and the metal support (encasing the wheel) are bent out of shape.

BEWARE of bed frames with roller casters like these!

First of all, the roller (caster) wheels are made of PLASTIC. Over time and with use, the plastic becames brittle and deteriorated to the point of breaking off in pieces!
Secondly, the metal frame attached to the roller wheel itself (and which is inserted into the upright leg portion of the frame) became warped and completely bent - rendering the wheel completely useless - until it broke off completely!

Cons:Â Not well constructed

We sell specific frames for twin xl sizes, item # 58514 for instance. I would not recommend just any twin size frame as you will need the extra length.

you can use model 82044, it's an ajustable frame full/queen with 5 legs(2 regular caster, 2 locking wheels and 1 plastic glide in the middle) at 68" length.
