For the most part, am very happy with this phone. It looks great and get a kick out of the bell as you deposit coins. Wish it had a more authentic ring vice the electronic ring. I did have a problem trying to mount the phone as the mounting holes on the template did not line up with the mounting holes on the back of the phone. They were out by 1 1/8th inches (approx 3 cm), which I didn't notice until AFTER I had drilled the holes in the wall. But less than 5 minutes later I had the new hole drilled and the phone mounted.

Pros:Â Easy to use, Attractive design

Cons:Â bad mounting template

Love my payphone and get constant comments on it.We have it in our rec room and it is a real conversion piece.My brother in law ordered one as soon as he saw ours.Great buy!!

I didn't weigh this phone, but is has plastic body and is fairly light (I was carrying it with one hand). Unfortunately you are not able to add a longer cord, but the cord supplied is quite long and can extend to over ten feet. If you add a coupler, you could add a longer cord to the existing cord.
