Air Compressor review

This is a Very good Compressor. It runs fairly quiet and builds pressure quickly, Most of all it well balanced, it doesn't shake and try to roam all over the floor when it is running. Good Quality build I have had this for over two years and had no issues at all I use it about on an average of Two days a week.

Auto shut off junk

1st time the tank pressured up, the line to the bottom of auto shut off switch blew off. This line is pressed into a piece of plastic so its not threaded. How do you fix it? The parts manual doesn't really so it either.

Cons:Â Poor quality, Not durable

Excelent Compressor!

Great Deal on a quality made product
This Compressor is cheaper than the comparables that I have researched (HD,RA,CNDT,PA), but it has higher Scfm #'s as well as a higher Maxium PSI than most around. it has quick recovery time, so you don't have to stop and wait till the compressor catches up to you. I have shopped around and done my homework and this compressor is an excelent buy for a quality product. Also Sears delivers for a reasonable price and they placed my compressor right in the spot I had ready for me to hook it up!

Please see the response from our supplier regarding your product inquiry below -

In regards to the time to go from 150 psi to kick in using 3.8 CFM, we will have to conduct an actual test to confirm. My concern is that the customer is using the 3.8 CFM from the rating on an air tool box and in most cases the tools are rated @ a 25% duty cycle. The tool could potentially draw 15.2 CFM and if he plans to use the tool continuously for an extended period of time, he may have to wait for the unit to build up pressure.

120 Volt???

This compressor motor is not 120 Volt is it? I just purchased one and had to return it because I read in the discription that it was 120 volt. When I began unpackaging the compressor, it says right on the tank and the motor - 230 volt. Am I missing something or should you guys be correcting your discription?

All you need to do is push the aluminum line back into the connector. There is a washer with teeth that bite into the tube. Looks like it was not originally pushed in far enough to engage the teeth.
