Correct weights for 24 hp yard tractor?

We ordered this weight kit and the brackets that attach to the frame had a bunch of holes but only 1 hole seemed to line up. If I am supposed to use 4 bolts on each side then does that mean I am supposed to drill 3 more holes on each side of the the frame of my tractor?
Also, maybe this is the problem, the sears riding equipment & Attachments guide" says for my tractor (tractor is model 60127) the weights with part number 61913 should be used. However I can not seem to find this part number anywhere on the Sears web site. Any guidance here would be appreciated.

i had to drill some holes to make mine fit. had to remove the tires to do so. i mount it with only two holes of each side. works fine
