Does this box (Mfg. number: JSB3220) have tabs with padlock holes? If these get cut somehow and the tools taken is it (the box and/or tools inside) covered by warranty?
Is it available at the Hillside mall location?

Yes it does have tabs with padlock holes. No this is not covered under manufacturing defects.
