Capable, but bad Manual

A very capable router at a very fair price. Highly recommended. But take note that the included manual is flawed to the point of being dangerous. Important parts and reference illustrations are often blatantly mislabelled. This renders important instructions almost impossible to follow.

And check your selection over carefully before purchase. My unit ended up having an improperly-seated base-plate screw that scratches the work-piece. (An almost unnoticeable flaw until the unit is actually used.) While waiting for a response from Sears I've managed to re-tap the offending thread and grind the burrs off the top of the screw so I could continue my project without undue delay.

Pros:Â capable and inexpensive

Cons:Â bad user manual, unfortunate qc
