Mike; I have the exact same model tractor and 40" snowblower just last year. I am assuming that the 2010 and 2007 models are the same as long as it was built in Canada. The American version is built by Agri-Fab and is not nearly as rugged.
There are a LOT of parts involved in mounting the blower on your tractor. All together, there must have been three good size boxes containing plates, nuts, bolts, drive assembly, electric winch, switch and wiring harnesses. These all should have come with the used blower as they would be worthless to the guy if he didn't have the blower.
I really doubt that Sears or the manufacturer sells the mounting kit separately, unless you want to buy all the parts; which would be more expensive than the blower new.
The manual is 38 pages long. I don't see any copy-write on it, so it wouldn't to hard to scan it for you, if it isn't available elsewhere. I never could find out who made the blower for Sears; only that it was in Canada.
I hope this is of some help.
