NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION

As all the others--snow flying out back.
Also the belt comes off ALL THE TIME. Absolutely unbelieveable how frustrating this thing is.
I never write reviews for products but this one is so bad and I am so frustrated, I just had to warn others to stay as far away from this product as possible.
Don't know what has happened with Craftsman/Kenmore quality but all I hear from friends and from my own experience, their products are garbage now.

Pros:Â nothing

Cons:Â Poor quality, Not durable, absolutely useless

Scraper bar adjustable

I bought the same machine but the 208cc motor one (Item 71035207110). Every thing perfect except for the problem mentioned here about throwing snow backwards. I will try what one reviewer of the 208 cc mentions he did and that was adjusting the scraper bar loosening the 3 bolts that hold it and lowering its position and see how it goes.

Manufacturing or design fault

My experience with this machine is not satisfaction. During operation, the snow blowing backwards along the path and therefore the ground is never clear of snow and the snow is all over my feet and legs. The other function of the machine is not bad such as the engine is easy to start; the power is acceptable and easy for handling with light weight. However, I will not recommend the machine until the manufacturer fix the problem with snow being blown backwards along the ground.

Pros:Â Compatible, Lightweight

Cons:Â design fault

This unit shoots snow at your feet, makes nothing but a mess, it is a really big manufacture disaster. You would waste your time, unpacking it and then just have to pack it back up to return it.
