Much better than Gas Chain Saw

I am a home owner, and I needed a chainsaw to do some simple work around the house. Also I've never owned a chainsaw before. When I started looking into chainsaws, I had to decide between gas driven or electric driven chainsaws. I looked around the reviews and youtube videos, and decided that I wanted to gas chainsaw... needless to say, for me, the biggest mistake of my life. I didn't realise how much maintenance and care a gas motored chainsaw needed. I had stop so often to mix the gas with oil and fill it up. Sure it had the power, but I had to stop so often I got fed up and decided to pick up this chainsaw... Best decision I made in a long time. It's true, the chain doesn't care if it is driven by gas or electric. It works the same. Now I don't have to hassle with the gas, breath in all that fume, pull on a string to get it started, and not worry about making so much noise for my neighbors. (Yes I do worry about things like that). With this saw, I just press a button and presto... it works. It's a great little saw, light and powerful. However, I do wish that it had a chainsaw break. I don't like the fact that the chain keeps on going even after I let go of the trigger. So that's why it only gets four stars. If you are home owner, and don't need to cut down trees in the woods, learn from my mistake and get an electric chainsaw.

Pros:Â not gas driven, quieter than gas driven

Cons:Â no chain break
