Great but Heavy

Great ladder and good price, got it on sale, was surprised tho at how heavy it is. I won't be lugging it around much without my husbands help.

It is quite versatile, but very heavy and the steps are very narrow for standing on. I would rather have two ladders, one long and one step ladder.

Best multi-purpose ladder I have owned. I should have bought 2 and the 21 foot would be better. Two would be great as I could then make a scaffold.

my cosco (greatest ladder system)

is stuck in a step stool position. it is locked and I can't get it to change positions even though I'm falling the instructions. Any suggestions? I can't even get it in the car!

The two locks at the top of the ladder must be pushed very hard from the outside inward. Thiw will release the lock and then you can push the two pieces together and they will click in a locked position.
