Toasty!!

Nice toaster - works well and has a setting to please everyone. Makes quite a shrill sounding series of beeps to let you know that the toasting is done - would easily wake someone nearby if living in a small space. Gives off quite a bit of heat out the top and always heats BOTH slots, even if toasting in just one. It would have been a nice feature to be able to select only one slot or two.

Pros:Â Stylish

Cons:Â wastes energy if only toasting 1-2 slice

Most consistent

This is the toaster with the most consistent toasting I have ever owned. If you toast an unfrozen pair of white bread and then you toast a pair of Frozen white slices and you use the defrost function it turns out the exact same as the unfrozen slices.

This toaster even has a sensor that notices if it is already hot therefore it will toast a little less longer the second time around, again it turns out the toasts perfect every time, find your setting and dont forget.

Pros:Â Durable, Excellent for browning, High quality

My research told me that this was the toaster to buy. Now that I own it, the timer doesn't work ( I have to hold it down for it to toast,) and the light to dark feature no longer works. Is there someone I can contact for information?
