I love my wok and I'm very glad of having purchased a Breville wok. Being a stir fry lover and having not so good results in a regular pan on the stove, I did a search on different choices of woks and I decided on a electric model. Then, I was not sure which brand to buy but the various settings including a searing option in Breville was tempting. I don't regret and I'm still impressed with the results. The food is cooked at perfection, vegetables slightly crunchy as I like them and the meat or fish cooked according to however you want it. Well done appliance, easy to clean although a bit biggish to store. I admit it's one the most expensive electric wok on the market but just look for the sales, that's how I got mine.

Love this wok!

I absolutely love this wok and use it almost every day! I particularly appreciate that it has a true rounded wok bottom. That round bottom is the secret of wok cooking. You can use a minimal amount of oil as it is held in place by the shape if the pan. Many modern woks have a flat bottom making them less a wok and more an electric frying pan.

I did find that the corners on the stirring tool that comes with the wok began to mark it and I stopped using that tool after the first time. Instead, I use a synthetic tool with a more rounded shape.

The electric probe can also be a bit stubborn to set, but this is a minimal issue as I have caught on to how to do it.

With much use, the pan colour has changed a bit in the bottom of the bowl, however, I think that is to be expected. It is so EASY to clean!

I use this wok to prepare stir fry vegetables with olive oil, Mexican meals, and even to fry the best fresh haddock in olive oil. I LOVE THIS WOK!

There is one large flaw in this Wok. The inner coating on the bottom of
the pan is extremely poor and even using the approved utensils while
cooking it still scratches. After 2 uses it started to burn food. This is really
the fault of the manufacturer and not the cook!

Cons:Â Hard to clean, Limited features
