Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality piece of equipment Great product. Easy to assemble with good quality materials. Takes up little space and very quiet. Picked it up on sale for a very good price and have zero complaints about the product. Only thing that would be better is if it came with more rods. It would be nice if Bowflex made 100 lb rods to add instead of 50 lbs. Will be getting the extra power rods, but looking at the block there is only room for one more set of rods so looks like 310 lbs is the most you can get. If you are looking for more exercises there are lots of variations online.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product well worth the investment. But it would be nice when doing curl ups while sitting on the bench to have hooks on the sides to hook the handles onto instead of dropping them to the ground between reps.

Bowflex PR3000

I just bought the Bowflex PR3000. I have seen squat bars with other bowflex equipment and on ebay and Amazon and was wondering where I could purchase the bar or if Sears sells it. It is the straight bar that requires to straps to connect to the pulley system.
Asked by: dfshr
Hello dfshr, Please contact the supplier, Nautilus Inc. to see if the bar is available for this model. E-mail: canadacustomerservice@nautilus.com Toll-free Telephone: (800) 216-9028 Thanks for shopping Sears and have a great day !

410 Upgrade

Good Morning, I have read many questions about this being upgradable to 410. I Bought both the 310 and 410. While the rod box does have the slot on the back for the 410 upgrade to fit, the unit itself has a red lip that holds the box that prevents this 410 upgrade box from fitting in. I do not believe this can be upgraded to 410, if I am missing something please let me know.

can only upgrade to 310
