Bladez fitness vibration platform

I really enjoyed my exercise machine I used it every day even after working a12 hours sift. If I am to tried I just sit on the machine and I am still exercising each day which is great.

Nice low impact exercise

This is a great machine for someone who, like me, needs low impact workouts. It helps me to keep in shape without compromising my back or my joints. The assembly can be difficult for one person.

Pros:Â Compatible, Easy to use, Sturdy, Comfortable

Cons:Â difficult to assembly

Piece of Junk

I waited a mnth due to it being on backorder. Then i drag it home open it to find out its been put together and taking apart again . I get it all together then try it out and it not worth one penny.

Triaxial movement and arthritic joints

Q:Â

Is this machine o.k. for someone with arthritis in both knees to use.
If it is like trying to navigate uneven surfaces (sudden dips or inclines)
where a lot of jarring the joints occurs it would not be good for me.
If it could help me to strengthen muscles and lose weight without jarring the joints it could be a great option. What is triaxial movement Looking forward to an answer.

WBV (whole body vibration) can be very therapeutic for people with arthritis. It helps naturally increase circulation in the affected areas, and helps loosen joint areas that are arthritic. Usually one with arthritis will use the plate at a lower hertz setting (20-25Hz), for 5-8 minutes.
