Absolutely the WORST vacuum I have ever purchased!

I bought this vacuum about 4 months ago. After the first few times I used it, the suction just stopped working, no matter what I did>>cleaned out the hose, filter, etc. and it would not pick up the smallest piece of dirt. Even the light on the front would not work. Extremely frustrating.
It is heavy and very awkward to use.
I would never buy another Bissell product again. Ever.

Cons:Â Not well constructed, uncomfortable

Parts Are not Available

I recommend avoiding Bissell products because they won't supply replacement parts for their products. I phoned sears parts department, and they don't have the part and they recommended I phone bissell Canada. I phoned them, they don't have the part and cannot get the part. Then they told me a bissell service centre stocks the part. I phoned the service centre, they did not stock the part, and have never stocked the part. They told me they might be able to get the part, but they only get one shipment a month, so it will be 1 to 2 months before the part comes, if it is available.

Cons:Â no parts
