Horrible Dresser!

We bought this dresser 2 years ago and only a few months after using it we started having problems! The drawers wouldn't open or close properly, rubbing against the sides and started rubbing all of the paint off the sides. the hinges that hold the drawers on started coming off too! The little roller balls that help guide the drawers open and close came off too. We contacted the company (because that's what the warranty said to do) and had nothing but problems!!!!! They sent us the wrong pieces and after months of trying to fix it we ended up making a deal with sears and elfe to get a new dresser.

We have had the replacement dresser for about 5 months now and are just starting to notice the same problems!

We have the matching crib and we absolutely LOVE it! Not one complaint about that. I would suggest getting a different dresser if you decide to get the crib!!!

Pros:Â Stylish

Cons:Â Not durable, Poor quality

Beautiful but missing pieces!

I love this dresser and we bought the matching crib, which we had to reorder pieces for also!! This dresser came without a back panel for a drawer so we had to call the company and order it. Both of this company's products have had issues for us but they are really good about handling it and I love the look of both the crib and the dresser.

Is there a "changeing" component that fits on top of this dresser? The Bily "Sydney". It is listed as a change table, but there doesn't seem to be anything on top to make it more than a dresser??

The changer is actually referring to the height which is at comfortable changing height. You would need a contour change pad such as #16104 which has a strap you can screw into the back of the dresser
