Not what I expected

only the interior was metal, the doors are wood...AND the mirrors don't cover all of the wood I can see 1/4cm of unpainted wood on each of the 3 doors. Also the white plastic strip on the edge of the door was partially peeled off from packaging when it arrived at our house.

If you want something simple and don't care a lot about how well finished it looks then it would be ok.

Hello,

This cabinet is manufactured as a surface mount cabinet; however if you want to recess it, here are the approximate dimensions for rough wall opening, 29-1/4" wide x 22-1/2" high x 3-3/4" deep. You would need to finish the wall opening with some sort of moulding, etc. as this cabinet body is not made with a metal flange to cover up the rough cut out of the wall.

You should have the cabinet on hand before cutting the wall opening so as to make sure it will fit in the wall opening you create.
