What a great challenge! The mix of different workouts from teh 12 different dvd's is perfect. No boredom! Feels like your working out with the group, not to a dvd. Best packaged deal ever...food program, workout program, and motivation.

We are in week three of the program. They are awesome workouts, yes they require effort and determination. Liike Tony says "nobody said it was going to be easy".

However the videos are top notch, the program will get you in shape with only a chinup bar and dumbells. You do not need to spent large amounts of money on gym equipment or gym memberships you are not likely to use.

You will not be able to keep up with the people in the video for the first month but Tony will talk you through it, do what you can and you will improve week to week.

Challenging

This is one of the most intense workout video's I've experienced. It's hard not to get grand results if you follow these videos. Just be aware you'll often need to build your strength up to the point of finishing one at the lenth and frequency they seek.

Great workout. I have the weights and chin up tower at home and can literally do everything in my living room. Anyone who says it takes too much time to do is just lazy. who dose not have an hour a day to get into the best shape of their lives. I love p90x and all of beachbodys programs. So great, and you notice results after the first weeks.

A friend of mine has used it, and her father has used it as well. He's an RCMP officer, so he's got to be in good shape, and he said this is the best work out he's ever done!

No, a day off here, or a day of there, only means that you will not be able to complete the program in 90 days. It is also important to note, that there are rest days, embedded in the program itself, over the course of the 90 days. Obviously, it is not recommended that you do it for 5 days and then take 10 days off, but a day here and there won't hurt.
