Also, how high out of the water does this reach?
Oh, and how does it stay upright? Do you need to fill part of it with water or something?

Yes, this does come with an inflatable ball, however we use a smaller one as it barely fits through the net.
It reaches about 3 feet out of water.
It does stand upright because water is place in the bottom to balance it from not tipping.

Yes, a 6.5â inflatable ball is included. The item is 44â tall and the bottom of the basketball net must be filled with water so that it stays upright.
