beautiful tree

Bought this tree before Christmas 2011. Easy assembly, realistic look, received compliments on its appearance...a few people initially thought it was real. So far I am pleased!

Received a 4 star as it is important to move the tree around for the 'best side' and adjust branches (initially very stiff) to fill gaps ...I left the tree a day prior to decorating and, with patience, the results were worth the effort.

Hating this tree

I bought this last year, and it was beautiful. The "fluffiness" of the needles adds a realistic quality to this tree.

This year, I took it out of the tree bag, and found a broken light at the bottom of the bag. If one bulb is broken, a whole section of this tree is not lit! I never would have expected that in this day and age...I thought this was a problem that had been solved years ago!

Now, the middle section of the tree is not lit, and I will have to try to search this section of the tree to find the broken bulb! What a nuisance!

The tree's branches also poked through the sturdy tree bag that I had also purchased for this last year...nasty!

I never would have expected these problems from a tree at this price point. I think this tree will be going on an auction site after the new year...

Hello,

Both the clear and multi-coloured lights are incandescent lights. If one bulb burns out, the other lights on that string go out until the burnt bulb is replaced. Our buyers suggest using a mini light tester to make the process easier.
