Sit in comfortThis chair is solid. Already assembled when it arrives you just put the backrest on and it slides right into place.
The overall construction is well done and the chair is light enough to carry.
I would have no issues recommending this chair to anyone who needs a solid, well built, sturdy bath chair.

Measurements & Assembly
What is the width of the legs, so I know if it fits in my tub. And does it come assembled?

The chair is assembled. All you need to do is put that backrest on and it slides into place. This is a good solid chair. As for the leg dimensions, outer dimensions are 18 1/2" on the front and back left to right and 23 3/4" from front to back.

Bathtubs seem to be a lot narrower in new construction homes - rarely more than 16 inches. Are there any manufacturers who are building bariatric chairs of narrower width. I realize this might comprise the stability.
