Material is poor quality

I have had my couch for 2 years now. No kids and no pets.
Couch looks like its about 15 years old and time for a new one.
Love the amount of space it has on it, but only lasted me 2 years.

This couch is great. It is very comfy and large. But the material is not a great quality. I have had my couch for 2 years and it looks about 10 years old. The material get very knobby and old looking.

This couch is a great buy. Tons of sitting space and VERY comfortable no matter where you sit. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a sectional.

Size of each side when put together

I am having trouble understanding the size measurements to see if this will fit into my space. The 75" right hand facing section - do I need to add on the 36" depth of the left facing section to get the exact space I will need to fit this couch into? When both sections are put together how long is it from the corner to the right arm and from the corner to the left arm? I'm not worried about the ottoman.

Hello sixthandelm,

In answer the question... "yes".. in order to get the full "back length of the sectional from the corner of the left arm chaise to the right arm sofa the length would be 75" for the left piece and the additional 36" depth from the rhf sofa. (= approx 111").

Removing Chaise/Regular Cushion

Is it possible to get another regular seat cushion so as to remove the ottoman/chaise portion to make a regular sectional? Does the chaise portion detach? Is it like an ottoman?

Regular seat cushions are not available. The chaise portion does detach on the 3 pc. sectional. The ottoman is 25 1/2" d x 13"h that butts up to the lhf sectional.

Removing the chaise

Q:Â

I have asked and got an answer, but it doesn`t really answer my question fully. I know you can remove the ottoman, but the issue is about what seat cushion you could put on the sofa to make it like a regular sectional. The cushion for the chaise portion is long and would not fit once the ottoman is removed.

So if you can`t get a regular cushion to replace the chaise one once you removed the ottoman, is it safe to assume there is no other option. That would suggest the ottoman can`t be removed. Is this correct -

Hi there,

The ottoman is "removable" but once removed, no there is no cushion to replace the longer one from this chaise. This sectional was meant to be ordered and used with all pieces that are shown in the picture.

reverseable and cleaning questions

Hi, I reversed mine to the opposite configuration without any problems. I just moved the chaise cushion to the other side and used one of the smaller seat cushions in it's place. Easy and looks like it was made that way.

For my actual question, I can't find directions on how to clean this. What soap do I use? I know some microfibres need different soaps than others. Please advise.

If you get a stain, first take the cover off the cushion. Blot it with a clean dry towel and use luke warm water (hot may shrink the threads) to work the stain out. If you can't get the stain out take the cover to your local dry cleaner and ask if they can take care of it. The couch only needs to be vaccuumed every few months. I have bought matching coloured fleece to cover the seating portion to protect it from wear and tear. When company comes over, I take the fleece off. No soap, please.
