Very beautiful but colour is not as shown!

I ordered this online and in the photo it looks white... upon receiving it, I discovered that it was actually a very soft, muted avocado green and the flowers (which looked deep red) are rust and cream coloured. It is also a little shorter along the edges than I expected (though my bed is somewhat tall).

Having said that, it is a gorgeous bedspread. The fabric has a very soft feel and the embroidery it very nicely done. The spread is made to envelop pillows at the top. The detailing around the bedskirt is sewn very well and the pillow shams are huge- made for king sized pillows.

I briefly toyed with the idea of returning this as it was not the colour I wanted; however, I like it so much that I have decided to keep it and will find a curtain fabric to tie the new bedspread into my bedroom's decor instead.

I am giving this a four star rating but only due to the fact that the colour is not as expected (if this was not the case I would give this a five).
