Know the difference (CHP vs HP): CONTINUOUS DUTY HORSEPOWER (CHP) is the
most accurate indicator of motor output. It is the motor's ability to maintain a specific horsepower over an extended period
of time. HORSEPOWER (HP) is simply the motor's maximum horsepower. This measurement is not taken over a large period of time.
It is not an accurate indicator of a treadmill's performance. A 2.0 CHP motor is more powerful than a 2.0 HP motor.
