my wife and I wear these panties as pj bottoms. The fabric is slippery and feels great. They are roomy and don't bind. The long leg is great for modesty on a gent (and prevents fallout) and prevents chafing for ladies. We sometimes wear them as lounge panties around the house. we like the look and feel of them on each other.

they would be good for longer dresses etc but I wanted them for a shorter dress and they just didn't work. the waist goes too high and the cuffs go to long, the crotch is way below where it should be. I was disappointed but probably will be able to use the, someday... recommended if you have a long dress or skirt, past the knees at least.

great concept!

Comments about Vanity Fair®/MD Snip-it Culotte Slip:

I have never been able to wear a dress without stockings because of my legs rubbing so this has rectify the situation. I am enjoying wearing skirts/dresses without stockings now. It is light weight. However, just like shorts that climb between the legs, they do so as well. It maybe, that I didn't measure myself correctly because I got a size slightly too big.

Comments about Vanity Fair®/MD Snip-it Culotte Slip:

I love these- in all lengths. I have been using them for years, but wish there was an extra-small or petite size. I have to pull it up above my waist, or have the crotch seam hanging half-way down my thighs.

    Great Slip

Comments about Vanity Fair®/MD Snip-it Culotte Slip:

This Culotte - Slip is great. Stays in place and doesn't ride up like a normal slip. And the fact that you can cut it to size means it doesn't peek out under your garment. Would recommend this to all my friends. Already have.

    Culotte style half slip

Comments about Vanity Fair®/MD Snip-it Culotte Slip:

As I couldn't find this item in store, I ordered from Sears.ca and received it quite quickly. If you have any trouble with your thighs rubbing when you wear a skirt or dress, this eliminates chaffing of your skin. BUT, I find that the slip rides up somewhat when walking a great distance (like shorts do).

    • Q:

The sizing for this garment is confusing. If the measurements go by the size of your waist, then I would be in the Image size, but I would be in a 3X. That's overly big, considering I usually wear XL (18) or 1X (16-18W). Which size should I get?

originally this was a ladies undergarmnent to either replace or supplement panties under fly away skirts (dancing or bowling) or under slacks to prevent chafing of thighs. Today the culotte or pantaloon is worn by many men under slacks to prevent chafing and as pajama bottoms. Lots of men enjoy the slippery feeling of nylon or polyester (long) panties and the modesty provided by the long legs to prevent fallout. Try a pair, you may like them.

It is to provide comfort and supply confidence when wearing a dress or skirt. Well if a man wants to cross dress, he could use it as well but it is designed to be a womans garment. By the way, both sexes have varied shapes so it could be either in the picture. So what!

It is women's, for use under trousers, or if you're like me, I wear them as a slip under my skirts to keep my thighs from chafing together and getting chapped.

        A:

These are for wearing under skirts or dresses, as a slip..better in my opinion, as in hot weather, your thighs don't rub together and stick!!! Female. They can be shortened to suit your leg length and preference.
