Our free shipping offer is valid on any sears.ca order which does not include large or heavy items (products weighing more than 65lbs, or exceeding 75 inches in lengthor 118 inches in girth. Qualifying order amounts are calculated before taxes on a single transaction. Orders placed after 11:00 am (EST) or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Shipping is not available to PO boxes. Unfortunately, we can't extend our free shipping offer to remote locations. Only standard shipping is available to remote locations and extra shipping charges and additional delivery time may be required. We'll let you know in checkout.
We reserve the right to amend our free shipping policy and shipping rates at any time, without notice. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns.
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed as we can't account for unexpected delays in processes or shipping. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Within minutes of placing your order, you should receive an email from us confirming your order. In that email, you'll find an order number. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number on our order lookup page. If you were signed in when you placed your order, you can simply sign in to your account to see your entire order history.
When your order has shipped, you'll receive another email from us confirming the estimated delivery date. This email will also include a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the carrier's website (UPS or Canada Post).
SCHEDULED HOME DELIVERY
Home Delivery and related convenience services are available when you purchase large items (appliances, furniture, mattresses, etc) on sears.ca. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to select a preferred delivery date up to 3 months from the date of checkout. You will be contacted by the delivery company the day before your scheduled date to arrange your delivery window.
Included in the core home delivery service:
- provide delivery window, confirm delivery
- move old items to make room for your new ones
- uncrate item (excludes Ready to Assemble items; this service is not provided in order to prevent loss of parts and/or hardware)
- put item in place
- remove packaging from home
- install legs on upholstery items
- hook up / install electric* clothes washer (top load)
- hook up / install electric* clothes dryer (includes steam vents for Steam dryers)**
- set up electric bed
- assemble bed frame
* Driver cannot hook up gas washers/dryers as this requires a certified technician.
** Drivers may only hook up dryers if the customer has metal vents; they will not provide hook up service if the vents are plastic
Optional services – for an additional fee:
- remove old appliance ($25.00)
- remove sleep set (free with purchase of a mattress or sleep set priced $500 or more before taxes and delivery fees and $15.00 with purchase of mattress or sleep set under $500). The delivery team will bring a mattress bag and bag your old mattress for you.
- reverse refrigerator door opening ($25.00)
- provide additional assembly or technical set up ($35.00)
- pedestal install ($25.00)

Exercise equipment and televisions will not be removed from crate nor will they be set up.
Delivery does not include any type of gas hookups. Customer should contact local gas company.
Old appliances must be unhooked and made ready for removal.
